This superb blend balances the seeds in the correct proportions and contains Canary Seed, Sunflower, Safflower seed, White & Red Millet, Hempseed, Groats, Buckwheat, Milo, Paddy Rice and Peanuts.
As a minimum cockatiels, lovebirds and parakeets need a balanced blend of seeds with the correct proportions of necessary nutrients and oils. You should supplement this seed mix with fresh broccoli and cauliflower leaves, cabbage, and edible flowers (but not the leaves) - do not feed lettuce as it causes the runs
